Invisalign maker and SmileDirectClub Class Action Settlement

The lawsuit alleges that Align Technology has violated antitrust laws by entering into an agreement with SmileDirectClub to suppress competition in the direct-to-consumer dental aligner market. Claim forms must be submitted by October 27, 2025.
Who’s eligible:
- You are the class member if you purchased, paid for and/or provided reimbursement for some or all of the purchase price for SmileDirectClub aligners acquired for personal use between October 22, 2017, and August 18, 2022
Potential Award Amount:
- If you have proof – will each receive a cash payment between $40 to $60, but not less than $10
- If no proof – will each receive a cash payment between $40 to $60, but not less than $10
Proof of Purchase: Not required
NOTE: If you do not qualify for this settlement do NOT file a claim.
