Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 47 contiguous United States (excludes AK, HI & NY), who are 18+ years old at the time of entry & licensed drivers
Prizes:
All prize values stated in USD Starting on November 9 – through November 28th, one (1) daily prize winner will be randomly selected and will receive a “mystery” gift consisting of either apparel, an Aventon Ebike, or a gift card. The winners of the daily prize drawings will be contacted within three (3) business days of being selected – by email. On December 12, 2023
two (2) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected – each winner will receive a 2023 Tesla /Model 3, valued at approximately $40,000 (taxes and fees not included), and $15,000 awarded in the form of a check – which can be used to help offset Tesla sales tax, fees potential tax liability (collectively “Grand Prize”) (total ARV of each of the Grand Prizes are $55,000 USD). The winners may choose the color of the Tesla they want then Aventon will order it on their behalf. If a Tesla Dealership is able to ship the car directly to the winners’ residence for no charge, they will do that, otherwise shipping fees may apply.
Or the winners of the Grand Prize may elect to receive a cash prize in the amount of $55,000 in lieu of the Grand Prize by notifying the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
