Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Prizes:
Option (a): Universal Orlando Resort Prize (“UO Prize”):
(a) If the UO Prize is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and one (1) Guest *; 3-Day 3-Park Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal Volcano Bay water theme park for Winner and one (1) Guest; and one (1) night admission to Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights for winner and one (1) Guest. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-One and 61/100 Dollars ($2,741.61). [LK(O1] [ST2]
NOTE: The travel period must coincide with either the 2023 or 2024 Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights event dates in order to partake in the Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights elements of the Prize. 2023 event dates occur on select dates between September 1, 2023 – November 4, 2023 and 2024 event dates are currently to be determined. Winner may choose a travel period outside of the Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights event dates (with Universal Orlando approval) but, in doing so, will forfeit the Halloween Horror Nights elements of the Prize without further or alternative compensation. Trip must be completed by November 1, 2024 or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without further or alternative compensation. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsor approval. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.
* For a winner who is a Florida resident and chooses the UO Prize , air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando Resort in its sole discretion.

Option (b): Universal Studios Hollywood Prize (“USH Trip”):
(a) If the USH Trip is chosen, Winner will receive a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA**; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at the Sheraton Universal or at another nearby hotel (as determined by Universal Studios Hollywood in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA for Winner and one (1) Guest **; Two (2) day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and one (1) Guest; One (1) night admission to Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights for winner and one (1) guest. The FMV of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize is Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Four and 00/100 Dollars ($2,974.00).[LK(O3] [ST4] .
