The lawsuit says that DIRECTV’s dealer, AC1 Communications, called people whose telephone numbers were listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. Claim forms must be submitted by August 7, 2023.
Who’s eligible:
- You are the class member if you are a resident of the United States whose telephone number was listed on the Do Not Call Registry, and who received more than one telemarketing call within any twelve-month period from AC1. You don’t have to remember having received the calls. You can check to see if your number is on the list
Potential Award Amount:

Class Members who timely submit a valid approved claim are entitled to receive Settlement compensation outlined as follows:
- estimate to be a minimum of $324 in cash, and an estimated average of over $464
