The lawsuit alleges that Artsana’s Chicco-branded booster seats misrepresented the minimum weight requirement for and side-impact collision protection provided by its Chicco-branded “KidFit” booster seats. Claim forms must be submitted by December 11, 2023
Who’s eligible:
- You are the class member if you purchased one or more of the Chicco “KidFit” branded booster seats, including the KidFit, KidFit Zip, KidFit Zip Air, KidFit Luxe, KidFit Plus, and KidFit Air Plus models, in the United States, its territories, and/or its possessions between April 22, 2015 and December 31, 2021.

Class Members who timely submit a valid approved claim are entitled to receive Settlement compensation outlined as follows:
- Claims without Proof of Purchase: you shall receive ($25) per Eligible Product
- Claims with Proof of Purchase: you shall receive ($50) per Eligible Product
Proof of Purchase: Not required
