The lawsuit says that alleged Defendants marketed and sold hand sanitizer contaminated with benzene, a cancer-causing chemical. Claim Forms must be postmarked or submitted online by August 12, 2023
Who’s eligible:
- You are the class member if you are a resident of the United States who purchased any hand sanitizer product from Artnaturals between Jan. 1, 2015, and May 23, 2023.

Class Members who timely submit a valid approved claim are entitled to receive Settlement compensation outlined as follows:
- Claims without Proof of Purchase: you shall receive up to ten (10) Automatic Payments equaling $5 each.
- Claims with Proof of Purchase: you shall receive the full purchase price for each Hand Sanitizer Product listed on the Proof of Purchase, inclusive of all taxes
Proof of Purchase: Not required
