Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Prizes: 

NATIONAL GRAND PRIZEWINNER:

  • One (1) National Grand Prizewinner will receive the following:

o    A Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) American Express gift card (terms and conditions of the American Express gift card will apply)

o    A Warner Bros. Prize Pack (US $25.00) to be determined by Sponsor

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the National Grand Prize: Five Thousand Twenty-Five Dollars (US $5,025.00).

NATIONAL DAILY PRIZEWINNERS:

  • Fifteen (15) National Daily Prizewinners (each a “Daily Prize Winner”) will each receive:

o    A Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift card or cash or cash equivalent (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion)

o    A Warner Bros. Prize Pack ($25.00) to be determined by Sponsor

    • Tickets for two (2) admissions to “THE FLASH” at a theater near Prizewinner’s residence (ARV of $24.00)

AVR of each National Daily Prize: Five Hundred Fifty Dollars (US $549.00). Total ARV of all National Daily Prizes: Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars (US $8,235.00).

NATIONAL RUNNER-UP PRIZEWINNERS:

o    Five Hundred (500) National Runner-Up Prizewinners (each a “Runner-Up Prize Winner”) will each receive:

    • Tickets for two (2) admissions to “THE FLASH” at a theater near Prizewinner’s residence (ARV of $24.00)
      • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered or traded.  All other charges, fees, and/or amounts, (including but not limited to concession items and travel) are not included in the National Runner-Up Prize.

AVR of each National Runner-Up Prize: Twenty-Four Dollars (US $24.00).
