Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Prizes:
(a.)One (1) 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for the Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) travel companion (“Guest”) to attend the Food City Dirt Race at Bristol Motor Speedway (the “Event”), currently scheduled to take place in Bristol, TN on Sunday, April 9, 2023. The Trip will consist of the following: a) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and their Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to the Event city; b) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights as chosen by the Sponsor (one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only) in the Event city; c) two (2) VIP access (tickets are subject to separate terms, conditions and restrictions which can be found on the back of each ticket); d) one (1) meet and greet opportunity (“Meet & Greet”) for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest with FOX NASCAR® talent (the “Talent”) at the Event; e) one (1) behind the scenes tour of the NASCAR® on FOX broadcast and production set; f) one (1) behind the scenes tour of the Goodyear race setup; g) one (1) tire from the winning team; and h) $500 spending money for the Grand Prize Winner ONLY, awarded in the form of a general use gift card (gift cards are subject to separate terms, conditions and restrictions as detailed on the back of the gift card), for Grand Prize Winner to use for ground transportation, meals and/or other expenses in their sole discretion.
(b.)One (1) ride in a Goodyear Blimp for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Blimp Ride”). Ride on the Goodyear Blimp to be awarded as a blimp ride certificate (“Blimp Ride Certificate”) good for a two-person blimp ride originating from a place to be determined by Presenter. Blimp Ride Certificate will be valid for one (1) year from the date of award, based on availability, blackout dates and other restrictions apply. Date, time and location to be determined by Presenter in its sole discretion. Blimp Rides are subject to weather, security, safety or other factors that may cause Goodyear, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine that the Blimp should not fly. Other limitations or restrictions may apply. Transportation to/from the Blimp Ride and lodging are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Rides on the Goodyear blimp are not available for purchase. Winner and guest acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide any other form of insurance. If Winner opts not to bring a guest with them on the Blimp Ride, no additional compensation will be awarded. Only one (1) guest will be permitted on Blimp Ride with the winner. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of the Blimp Ride
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).
First Prize: There are two (2) First Prizes available, each consisting of one (1) $1,000 voucher good for one (1) set of tires. Awarded one set of four (4) Goodyear, Dunlop or Kelly-Springfield, passenger or light truck tires up to $1,000 retail value, (Race, Competition, Commercial tires not included) subject to availability. ARV of each First Prize: One Thousand Dollars $1,000. Voucher has no cash value outside of the aforementioned tire purchase, and select tire purchases valued at less than $1,000 will not result in any reimbursement or refund to the prize recipient.
