Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of date of entry.
Prizes: 5-day / 4-night trip for the Winner and one (1) travel companion ) to attend 2023 LS Fest West in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Event”). Travel is anticipated to take place from April 27 – May 1, 2023, as determined by Sponsor. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Winner and Guest from a major airport near the Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to Las Vegas, NV (In the event a Winner lives within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Las Vegas, NV, air travel will not be included in the Trip and the Winner will be compensated a total of five hundred dollars ($500) in lieu of air travel, for any alternate travel expenses); (b.) hotel accommodations for four (4) nights at a Las Vegas-area hotel chosen by Sponsor (one (1) standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); (c.) rental car for travel between airport and hotel and event for the Winner and Guest; (d.) two (2) spectator tickets to attend three (3)-day 2023 LS Fest West event; (e.) Behind the scenes tour of the event, (f.) $600 spending money awarded in the form of a general use gift card (gift cards are subject to separate terms, conditions and restrictions as detailed on the back of the gift card), for Winner to use for meals and/or other expenses in his/her sole discretion; and (g.) three (3) Holley shirts for Winner ONLY. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: four thousand two hundred dollars ($4,200).
