Grand Prize: One (1) Skill Contest Grand Prize will be awarded a trip to a Paramount+ Movie Premiere that will consist of a trip for
winner and two guests (“exact U.S. destination of premiere, timing [beyond the movie premiere taking place in Fall 2023] and what
movie premiere will be TBD; movie premiere may not be world premiere of movie) which includes (i) round-trip,
coach air transportation for Winner and up to two (2) travel companions from an airport nearest the Winner’s home to an airport
in the Destination City (airports as determined by Sponsor), (ii) accommodations for 3 days/2 nights at hotel to be selected in Sponsor’s
sole discretion in Destination City (Two (2) standard room, double occupancy) (iii) round-trip ground transportation between airport
and the hotel in Destination City (iv) Approx. two thousand ($2,000.00) spending cash in the form of a bank check by a recognized
financial institution. Cash portion may vary depending on costs of flights and hotel. Prize will include hair and make-up session by a
sponsor selected local specialist plus a photographer for night of movie premiere; hair and make-up session subject to specialist’
restrictions and requirements to be provided to winner at time of prize award Trip must be completed at sponsor’s sole
