Eligibility: The Ashley’s New Year’s Eve Sweepstakes is open to: legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, both at the time of entry.
Prizes: Prize winner will receive: (i) two (2) VIP Passes for the Winner and their one (1) designated traveling companion, subject to the other terms hereof (a “Guest”), to the Jack Daniel’s New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash event in Nashville, TN on December 31, 2022 (the “Event”), (ii) round-trip coach air travel from a major airport selected by Sponsor near the Winner’s principal residence (in the 48 contiguous US) as of the date of entry in the Sweepstakes (the “Home Airport”) to an airport selected by Sponsor in or near Nashville, TN (“Destination Airport”), (iii) two (2) night double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor (i.e., one double occupancy room shall be shared between Winner and his or her Guest); (iv) one (1) Nashville attraction pass valid for two (2) people; and (v) a Nashville gift bag. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of entire prize: $3,000.
