 One (1) Sweepstakes Entry Period #1 Prize (“Vehicle Prize”):  The “Vehicle Prize” is a 2023 Ford F-150® LightningTM LARIAT Pickup with extended-range battery and a Ford Charge Station Pro (Maximum Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Vehicle Prize not to exceed=$88,000).

One (1) Sweepstakes Entry Period #2 Prize (“Trip Prize”):  A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one guest to attend The Clash at the Coliseum 2023 race (the “Event”) in Los Angeles, CA currently scheduled to take place on or about February 5, 2023. The trip includes: roundtrip, coach air travel for two from a major airport near Trip Prize winner’s home, three (3) nights hotel accommodations, $500 awarded in the form of a check (winner only) which can be used toward ground transportation, meals and incidentals, and two (2) tickets to the Event.
