The lawsuit says that Mead Johnson & Company, LLC (the maker of Enfamil brand Products) deceptively packaged and labeled certain Enfamil brand formula Products as being able to make a specific number of liquid ounce bottles of formula
Who’s eligible:
- You are the class member if you purchased at least one or more specific Enfamil brand Products, for personal not (i.e. not for resale) between January 1, 2017, and June 23, 2022

Class Members who timely submit a valid approved claim are entitled to receive Settlement compensation outlined as follows:
Without proof of purchase, class members are limited to claiming five products, $3 per can for a maximum payment of $15.
With proof of purchase, Class Members can claim up to 15 products, $3 per can for a maximum payment of $45
